FAQS

Easter Sunday is a Christian holiday celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ. This day is also referred to as resurrection Sunday.

Good Friday is the day on which Christians commemorate the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. It is a solemn and important day in the Christian calendar, and is observed on the Friday before Easter Sunday.

If Good Friday is a day of sorrow and remembrance, it begs the question – why is it called “Good” Friday? Good Friday is called “good” because of the religious significance of the day for Christians, who believe that Jesus’s death on the cross was the ultimate sacrifice for humanity’s sins.
